Mr. Sankey has been building in Central and West Florida since 1982.  During his career he has built some of the larger commercial projects in the area.  Hardin Construction, one of the largest contractors in the Southeastern United States, chose Ed to be their ranking Project Director for the elite 5 star Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sarasota due to his experience in large tower projects and his attention to high end finish details.  He was also the Vice President for Kraft Construction, procurring and building some of the largest and hishest quality mixed use projects in the area.

Jeffrey A. Hirschberger B.S. Building Construction Florida Board Certified General Contractor

Mr. Hirschberger is a Florida native and has raised his family on the West Coast of Florida.  He has been active in the construction of residential and commercial projects for over 35 years, building various commercial buildings and over fifteen hundred homes in his career.  These homes are up to 10,000 square feet and have been through severe hurricane conditions, having over 300 homes that were exposed to 165 mph winds during Hurricane Charley.  He has also held positions of management with some of the largest developers in Southeast United States.
